We have always had regular power outages. We usually cope. But lately it’s kinda getting out of control. Back in 2013 we had bushfires and lost power for a couple of weeks. To get expected, the fire burnt out lots of power poles. When they were replaced, concrete poles were put up instead, longer lasting then wooden ones. But they didn’t do it for the entire length of power poles, ran out of money I guess. Thus year, we lost power for 4 days at the start of June then another 3 1/2 days early July. This was due to extreme wind blowing trees down and taking out poles and lines. I bet they’re wishing they spent the extra money to do all concrete poles, I know I sure am
