Hello!

i use rice bran oil and have for about a year now. if you google it you will see that it has so many health benefits and it’s realllyyyy good for menopausal women. i put my mother in law onto this because she is at that stage in life and she is seeing a small change after a month of use. give it a try for sure

if you don’t want to purchase the expensive brand, then you can try the woolworths version which is fine. i do buy the expensive brand and i just wait until it is on special at woolworths and i can get it from between $10-$12 for the big bottle of it.

i find that you seem to only need to use less of it while cooking or frying so that makes it even better value for money.

it takes me a long time to get through a bottle.

the oil can get extremely hot which makes it excellent for frying with and is perfect to use in the wok.

i hope you guys check it out and do google it and there is a really big list of health benefits that make it the best type of oil to use

  • I will have to google the health benefits. I received a small bottle sample in one of those sample bags that come with Magazines every now and then. But haven’t tried it yet. But I will give it a go,

  • I’ve used it in baking too and it has a more mild flavour than olive oil. Having just returned from a trip to Italy though, I must admit I’m addicted to great quality olive oil now.
