Sounds very lucky abiut his sister, I think I have the opposite in my duaghter! I was thinking about a bed for her but this story made me realize neither of us are ready for that!

When he is three years old , might be he ready to sleeep in the bed.

I have always loved cloth nappies personal and have 6 dozen a I change often I have used disposable when going out when I am going out for a long trip only because you can take more with me. I have found some brand causes a rash as my son has very sensitive skin. Why else I like cloth nappies they can grow with the just by folding them larger and can also double nappy at night with pilkies over them but they have so far last all my children and I also use them on my grandchildren when they stay. I know they cause a bit more work but I soak them over night in nappisan than was and hang on the line and when almost dry a quick fluff up in the drier. also a double nappy at night and I have no leakage

Whoops – should have been “nearly 3″.

We have a BedSOK for when carter moves into his bed. A fitted sheet set/sleeping bag that zips up to help keep them in bed. I’m hoping the “secure” feeling will encourage him to stay in bed!

My eldest two (now 12 and 13) were nearly, and we are hoping for that with the toddler who is now 26 months. Carter also hasn’t tried to climb out and loves his cot and naps so we are holding out as long as possible. Good luck!
