I’d love to continue with my weight loss 2 weeks ago I started on a tablet dr prescribes my starting weight was 117 kilo I’m now 110 kilo but I feel this isn’t enough I need to continue to loose it as I have high colestrol and would love some healthy recipes that don’t have potato pasta bread that type of thing I’m a younge mum of 5 3 at home and 2 with there dad so I need to be full of energy 24/7 and not slugish

  • Hop onto a website like body and soul they have great ideas and recipes for weight loss they are currently doing a program which would help.good luck
