  • Wow, there are quite a few things on the list this month… How does someone make a bath mat that is slippery…the who idea of a bath mat is to stop slips, you would think the company would check it performs its function first, before selling it.

  • What is going on? the price war is putting our health and safety at risk. My fav coffee mug is in this list not happy JAN

  • The cheeses would have been contaminated at the Manufacturer’s and sold to retail outlets. I hope the general public doesn’t blame the independent stores etc.

  • what concerns me is the lack of product testing before these items hit the shelves

    • I was just thinking the same thing!? Would you not test a bath mat isn’t slippery when wet before labeling it as a non slip mat? or test that a coffee cup wont break before putting scalding water in it? It’s very concerning

  • There are so many recalls going on. I hate that fact that a lot of them relate to children’s goods

    • This concerns me too – very worrying.

  • How do these goods pass through quality control? I don’t mind the frills on clothing etc that doesn’t really bother me but when it’s handles on cookware & glass cups not appropriate for hot water than that’s a really big concern! Especially for big w & Kmart, I’m sure we all shop there!
