I know a lady who has Coelic Disease. She reckons it is the best Gluten Free Bread and is also a little cheaper than other supermarkets. What she bought was actually soft – not hard like other brands are. Gluten Free Bread is expensive – considerably smaller loaves at much higher prices than other bread……At all supermarkets we try the “generic” brand products that we eat a fair amount of. We buy one to try and if we don’t like it we don’t buy that brand again. What most people don’t realise is that “generic” brand products are made by big name companies and put in different cheaper packaging/ labels. Often it is the end of the run of the product on the production line. There may be a slightly different ratio of ingredients in some products. Some companies do quality control on “generic” labelled products the same as the do for their products packed with their own logos etc.
