Three sisters, who weren’t even given legal names by their parents, have been taken into care after the youngest was said to be at risk of harm.

The girls, including a baby now aged four months, were taken in after UK social workers stepped in to help.

Family Court Judge, Sarah Lynch, made a series of rulings about the girls and would not identify any names or the family involved, The Sun reported.

The judge said social services staff at the local City Council had asked for rulings.

Her final ruling in November focused on the youngest sister, whose birth was said to have only had been registered by her surname.

Social workers said they gave the baby a name for “day-to-day” use and claimed there was evidence the child was at risk of “sexual and emotional” harm at home.

Judge Lynch indicated that the lack of names had not been the key factor in her thinking.

She said she had concluded that the children would not be safe in their parents’ care.

The Mirror reports, details on the case appeared on a legal website after all three sisters were put up for adoption.

  • I hope things will turn out ok for them.

  • Seriously. Thank God there has been some intervention and that these children will be given the proper love (and names) that they deserve.

  • They didn’t care enough about their baby to name her properly. I wonder if the older two were. Obviously there was evidence that they took all the children away from their parents. Reliable carers willing to take 3 young children are probably few. The older two have probably already been very traumatised and could be difficult to re-settle. It is hard to predict how difficult to know how long to take her to settle. Babies know the armona of their own Mum and will sometimes cry loudly until Mum takes them back and them settle in about 4- 5 minutes.

  • How? Why? Why have children to treat them like this. How did these parents make it to baby number 3 before someone stepped in and saved these kids. So so sad

  • How sad. I hope the girls remain together and get adopted quickly and into a loving family.

  • That is unforgiveable.

  • disgusting creatures – the parents should be jailed and castrated/sterilised…. I hope the three babies get a decent home

  • Having worked in Child Protection myself. All to often I have seen children removed from parents care when they shouldn’t have been and others that should be and aren’t. This story doesn’t give enough detail to conclude the best outcomes for these children but I believe that the judge made the right decision and did what they thought was best for the children.

  • The courts need to keep these three girls together as they seem to be the only loving factor in their sad lives. The parents need to be sterilized. Sometimes I am sickened by what other humans do to each other.

    • You need a license to drive a vehicle of any type, a license to have a dog and a license to have a cat. Good reason why certain people should have a license to breed!

  • These sisters need to be able to stay together – the only love they know is from each other. If this is broken, you have 3 more broken children. Do hope they get the love they need and can stay together till they are fully grown up.

  • I pray that the children are permitted to stay together in a loving home.

    • I hope so too as they have clearly endured way to much at an early age and need their ‘sister’ bond.

      • Yes that would be beautiful. The only thing is that it’s quite hard to find suitable carers who are willing to take 3 children, although it does happen. Recently I had 2 sisters in temporary care, whilst they were split from their 3 brothers. They found a couple who took all 5 of them, which is very rare. I myself have 2 siblings in permanent care beside my own children.
Hope and pray these 3 siblings are lucky and a family is found who would love to have all 3 of them !

  • One of the greatest joys of having children is the privilege to give them names :)
