  • We don’t know the circumstances how the 2 year old child was where the collision occured. I feel sympath for his family. There is no excuse for a driver not to stop at the accident site. The driver could have moved the car to protect the child from being hurt my somebody else but not to completely leave the scene.
I did hear about one driver who didn’t stop at the scene but went a little further to get off the road and walked back to the scene.
