  • I, myself, have been through 2 episodes of anxiety and depression. First when we lost our 28weeks old baby then after our third baby was born the whole episode re occurred.
Going out there talking and looking for help is the first and best step you can take. I empathise with anyone and everyone who has been through it. It’s a difficult journey.

  • Too many tragic accidents recently. One is one too many. I am glad next-of-kin have been notified before the report was released first.
In some cases where there is injuries that doesn’t always happen, especially when the media take photos and show them on TV news. People don’t want to see their loved ones being wheeled into a hospital on an Ambulance stretcher before they are advised. I pesonally know a guy who was injured and his family found about it first via Media.
