Excuse my excitement but I’ve just found out that you can make French toast in a slow cooker!

Check out the video for yourself and see how easy it is.

Yum! I love French toast with maple syrup for breakfast.

  • I never thought you could use your slow cooker to make French toast!

  • I prefer to cook mine in a frypan but this is definitely a new take on French Toast.

  • Think I prefer it on the stove.
I never add sugar to the recipe, leave the cream as topping out and use seeded sometimes sourdough bread. We serve it with raw honey -straight from the hive- or yacon syrup.

  • Very cool. I love French toast, usually I have it plain and I put some parmesan in the egg mixture rather than serve it sweet.

  • Love French Toast – but we cook it quickly on the stove top. Three hours of waiting for french Toast would be torture! ;)
