  • yeah what a fancy recipe lol, not sure how this would taste

  • Not healthy at all with the amount of sugar and honey (eventhough it might be raw coconut palm sugar and raw honey) !! I do this with 1 tbsp of honey and no sugar at all and use raw vanilla powder which is a bit stronger in taste.

  • I’ll pass on this one – too sweet, and we are all happy to have avocado instead of butter on our toast of a morning.

  • Love this and the hidden fruit is so interesting. Would not had thought of adding avocado to a chocolate pudding.

  • Yum, I can always handle some chocolate pudding.

  • Firstly, What is Yacon Syrup??
This recipe appears to be gluten free, depending on whether there is any grain (wheat, rye, barley and in most cases also oats) additives mixed in any other the powder ingedients

Coconut sugar is fantastic. I’m sure it gives a very special taste to this chocolate pudding! :-)

  • Nice, but too sweet for our household. I would leave the coconut palm sugar out and just sweeten with the honey or use coconut palm syrup or yacon syrup instead. I make chocolate icing similar (1 avocado, 1/2 raw chocolate powder, 1/2 teaspoon raw vanilla powder, 1 tbsp yacon syrup).

  • Interesting. I would not have though of adding avocado. Heard of pumpkin cake.. but not this. My hubby loves avocado, will have to give it a go.
