See what real mums said when we sent them a brand new Fisher & Paykel WashSmart™ Front Loader Washing Machine.  They fell in love with the ‘Add a Garment’ feature, the incredible energy rating, the quietness and the speed and the fact that it uses a tiny amount of water for each load. Read the written reviews and see the ratings on the Fisher & Paykel WashSmart™ Front Loader review page.

  • Good to know, thanks for sharing.

  • I know somebody who had never used a front loader before and decided to add something. No need to explain what happened. Unfortunately the early models didn’t have anything you could sit them on. Yes, it can be a strain on your back especially when lifting out wet washing. A clothes dryer you can sit on a sturdy cupboard if you are renting and don’t want to anchor it to the wall. A relative of mine did that years ago and it never moved at all. I don’t know whether or not it’s still the same one, but he still has one on the same cupboard which is showing no signs of damage.

  • People who are concerned re getting clothes in and out of front loading machines, most brands sell a plinth which the machine sits on to make it higher, I have a bad back and have no problem, only thing I find is that I need to spin the bowl just to make sure there are no socks left in it, love my front loader.

  • Interesting…I’ve always wondered about adding to a front loader…my only question is….is it difficult for the aged or not so flexible to get the garments out ,?

  • well it does teach you to be organised to get all the items that you want in a wash, together. it saves a lot of water as well which just has so many benefits to the environment and your wallet

  • Since watching these videos reviews & now every time I do the washing & find that odd sock or article of clothing I keep wishing I had one of these washer so I could just “add a garment” I’m really considering getting one.

  • WWWWHHHAT I thought my 30min wash was quick!!! this is great!

  • Wow looks like a great front loader. Its a pity I don’t need a new one

  • 15 minute wash? Add a garment? Holy cow that’s amazing

  • Wow that’s interesting to watch I’ve always owned a top loader as it’s easier when you need to add an extra item also I’ve seen too many cartoons where they open the door and all the water comes rushing out LOL.

  • After watching this we went out and brought the washing machine and I just love it to bits

  • Wow I want to change my washing machine now as my machine is a 3 star rating and this one seems so much better

  • Gee I wish I had one of these! This is such a great well respected brand as well. What a superb product

  • Wow, 15 minutes for a wash! My clunker takes 41 minutes for a ‘light load’, & today it had some sort of hissy & re-started after 26 minutes :(. Time for a new one me thinks.

  • I need to buy a new machine for washing and now I will go and have a look at this one
