5 lucky MoM Members will WIN a NEW Sunbeam 6-Slice Sandwich Press & Grill, valued at $119 each.

How do you sanga?

We all have different ways of creating our sangas … whether you’re an OLD FAITHFUL with the classic cheese toastie, a snack EXPLORER with surprise fillings in between your sanga, or an INNOVATOR with wild fillings (Cheesy Mi Goreng Toastie?).

The NEW Sunbeam Café Style 6-Slice Sandwich Press & Grill features the patented AnyHeight Control™ Lever that lets you cook different types of sangas and snacks easily.

Features of the 6-Slice Sandwich Press & Grill include:

  • Fits 6 Sandwiches – Create evenly browned toasties with beautifully melted cheese without any squishing or flattening.
  • Space-Saving Storage – Conveniently fold up for stand-up storage. Keep your cupboard neat with the built-in cord wrap hidden at the base.
  • Easy to Clean – The non-stick coating, pull out drip tray and curved corners of the cooking plates make wiping up oil and crumbs effortless.
  • Fast and Even Cooking – Get heat-up and even heat distribution in just 2 mins. Start cooking those steaks from 3 mins of switching the power on.
  • Patented AnyHeight Control Lever – Allows for multiple height adjustment and versatile top-plate lock. Beyond toasties, conveniently grill wraps, cook a full breakfast, sear thick steaks, make fritters and more.

To be in to WIN, tell us how you would make your version of a sanga using the new Sunbeam Café Style 6-Slice Sandwich Press & Grill. The 6-Slice Press & Grill can fit 6 sandwiches, and has a drip tray to catch unwanted oil from grilling.

  • 2 pieces of bread with lots of butter on the outside to make golden brown, a layer of tasty cheese a Pineapple ring and then another layer of cheese. Place bread on top and place in sandwich press. Delicious ????
    Loved by all.

  • I’d be making fresh toast using old croissants with a side of sliced banana & strawberries with maple syrup and a scoop of ice cream. That’s my yearly order for my birthday breakfast!

  • I would use feta cheese and tomato. Place them between two pieces of bread of choice and then toast the entire sandwich. The saltiness from the feta balances with the acidity of the tomato. Yummy.

  • I would use a wrap and make a Kebab as we all love them

  • Dip one side of slice of bread in egg, put egg side down top with cheddar mozzarella spinach chicken do the same with another slice of bread and slide a rasher of bacon around. Pop the lid down and have a French toast toastie

  • Diced chicken, red onion and cheese between two slices of multigrain bread and a side of pumpkin soup.

  • Just thinking about winning this prize is making me crave panini filled with pesto, hallumi, capsicum, eggplant, zucchini, and rocket, with relish to top it off. And now my mouth is watering. Thanks.

  • I would love to do classic ham and cheese toasties on yummy, thick cut sourdough bread, and the best part is I can make the whole family toasties in one go! Oh and spread some butter on top when they come out the press!

  • We’re leftovers central in our household. So I’d wrap whatever leftovers we had the night before in some kind of healthy wrap, and grill them to tasty perfection. I’d try wrapping pizza, bolognaise and even rice dishes as our first “experiments” because they seem pretty full proof!

  • Left over slow cooked brisket with barbecue sauce, red onion and mozzarella cheese topped with Italian herbs.

  • I would love to just create a simple ham and cheese toasty for lunch or a quick snack.

  • My kids love traditional ham and cheese!

  • Cut them in half and chuck them on! Add some onions and then add it to my white bread and tomato sauce! Yum

  • Olive tapenade, spread on sourdough slices, cheddar & Edam cheese, sundried tomatoes, hot Hungarian salami, scatter some diced dried apricot. Add sourdough lid. Once nearly finished toasting, sprinkle some parmesan directly on the grill plate, transfer sandwich on top and wait 30seconds for a delicious parmesan crisp crust

  • I would make a traditional ham, cheese and tomato toasted sanga on fresh sourdough bread.

  • Pizza style foccacia for sure! Hard to find places that make them.

I love to experiment with various sanga. Tomatoes, capsicum, cheese and salami tossed in soy sauce ????????

  • Honestly I’m old school! Cheese and ham with a tomato chutney and garlic salt on the butter on the outside! Can’t beat a classic!

  • Reuben Sanga
    It’s a banga
    Silverside, sauerkraut
    Swiss cheese, rye
    If you haven’t already
    You should try
    This awesome mix
    For your Sanga fix
    Toast it, melt it
    A Sanga hit
