I had this returning to work. my girl cried and cried…perserverence and perserverence with a hungry baby will work!! Be comfortable rub breast mik on bottle teat.

Persistence. I know its hard and you dint want her to get hungry but if you keep offering she will eventually take the bottle. Make sure its similar temp to what breast milk was.

Make sure the teat is the right flow rate for her. If you stayed away from her all day (left her with hubby and went out for the day) she may realize she didn’t have a choice but to take the bottle.

This must be frustrating. Have you tried giving bub some water in a bottle? Or maybe try water with a touch or juice just untill she becomes interested in the bottle then try the milk again? Unfortunately I was unable to breast feed so i bottle fed. My babies were ready for food at 4 months and were having 3 meals a day with bottles before nap times at 5 months. I hope you can work this out, good luck.

I had the same problem when i returned to work for my little girl when she was 6 months. My husband was the one that looked after her and he just kept offering it to her and she eventually took to the bottle, close to nature. I think she just realised it was that or nothing.

Oh no that must really stresses you out. HAve you tried the back to nature teat? SInce the breast is not an option once you go back to work I don’t think you have much choices except keep experimenting with different teats until you find one that suits.

I would just keep trying different teats until you find one she will take, or just keep trying to feed her and don’t give in and give her the breast

Changing teat according to the age of the child is the option to try. It worked with my DD.

Have you tried varying teat flows with the bottles? Tommee Tippee always worked for us, we just had to change the teat numbers as our son got older to vary the flow.
Also, I’ve heard that Pigeon and MAM brands are good, but I’ve not tried them myself.
Is she on any solids yet? Maybe try her on some and see how you go
