Could you make homemade chicken Nuggets? You could try putting cooked veggies and cooked chicken in a food processor them crumbing them into bite sized pieces. Good luck.
Try to eat with them as often as you can. Give small portions and praise your child for eating, even if they only eat a little. If your child rejects the food, do not force them to eat it. Just take the food away without saying anything.
Keep offering new foods at different times. Put a small amount of new food on the plate with familiar food your child already likes – for example, a piece of broccoli alongside some mashed potato.
Make food attractive.
Depends what they are fussy about but sneaking in pureed vegetables or slow cooking with veggies so they break down to a sauce consume can sneak some veggies in.
Homemade pizza. Let little one choose the ingredients at the shop that she/he would like on her pizza, both prepare cook and eat. works every time. Or buy or make a big pizza base and make a picture out of all the veggies, broccoli (tree tops), Carrot stick (trunk) shredded cheese (grass) mozzarella (sun) etc
Find out what your kid likes and let them help you prepare their food. Help them to make healthy choices and make it fun if need be. I found when my 4yo is being resilient, if I ask her to make a choice between healthy option a or b, she is more likely to eat. She is definitely at a point where she wants more control of her life and giving her a choice satisfies that need
