  • Oh gosh I would just be making loads of Guac and having avo on toast for breakfast and in a salad for lunch and dinner.

  • We love avocado shakes!
Avo, milk and a bit of sugar to sweeten it up.
My toddler loves them all year round.

  • Love it fresh in a salad.

  • Grilled chicken with creamy avacado sauce its labnese street food and really delicious

  • Cut the avo in half and then mix together can of Tuna in springwater, finely diced red onion, celery and tomato, mayo, parsley chopped, seeded mustard (optional) and salt and pepper to taste. Put the tuna mix in the hole and on top of the avo and serve. Looks great, low carbs and tastes great….

  • Ooh yes. We make chocolate mousse with avos – google a recipe they are all delicious from the ones we’ve tried off the net

  • Avocado chips.
    Slice into wedges.
Coat them with flour, egg and bread crumbs (the same way you would a schnitzel)
    Bake in oven 10-15m 160degrees
Add a cream/ranch dressing to dip them in.
    Or
Take out the seed, crack and egg in each, back under the grill. Top with chopped tomatoes, onion and bacon for a breakfast treat

  • Easy to make avocado dips by using ingredients at home. Great with potato chips or spread on sandwiches.

  • Chicken and avocado sandwich or slice some through a nice garden salad. I must say I love a nice guacamole too.

  • Guacamole! With corn chips or bread

  • You must have finished your tray avocado’s by now, let us know what beautiful creations you made :)

  • My favourite is avocado chocolate “mousse”. Ripe avocado, cocoa and honey blended together. Yum!

  • How lucky are you! I believe you can freeze them:
Yep, you really can freeze avocados. … Frozen avocado can be used straight from the freezer for making smoothies.” Alternatively you can mash the flesh and add lemon juice (about two teaspoons per avocado) before freezing in sealed bags or containers.

  • I’d be checking out ‘Taste’ for some good recipes – otherwise just have it on toast.

  • Avacado mousse, salad, dips, on the side of a meal an in a warm stir-fry

  • Add to salad
    Bake half avocado with egg
I think you can frezze it as well

  • put them is a smoothie for extra goodness or they can be made into chocolate mousse or added into some cake recipes. I have seen frozen avocado in packets at the shops, so am guessing you could chop them up after removing the skin, and then freeze chunks for later use.

  • I substitute the banana in Banana Loaf for Avocados and add some pistachios for crunch. It’s delicious warm and covered in butter

  • I was going to say I usually make my avo spread out more by mixing with ricotta and having on toast, but if you have a tray that’s probably not a problem for you haha. Google chocolate avocado cupcakes and you’ll find a million recipes that you can freeze. Good luck

  • jazz up avo on sourdough by adding smashed peas, salt, pepper and mint with the avo. Feta also goes great on it and then a poached egg.
