  • You can never fully restore the original size and shape of your breasts, but you can take certain measures to improve the lift and strength of your bust. These measures include: exercise. diet and nutrition.

  • Yep I agree, exercises and a good fitting bra. And uh hanging boobs can be pretty too ;)

  • If you find the miracle let me know. I’ve had three kids!!! Honestly there is no cure other that surgery for a lift or augmentation. Lifting weights increases the muscles underneath but will not fill your boobs unfortunately! A good nice supportive bra

  • The joys of motherhood lol

  • As already mentioned, a good bra, bench presses and free weights, yoga and massaging your breasts with palms moving in circular motion both clockwise and anti clockwise.

  • lol great answers! exercise and get a good fitting bra

  • I would love to know the answers to this

  • MAKERSCHKE are you able to tell me more about these wraps you’re talking about please

  • You need to go bra shopping, buy really nice lacy ones to make you feel good cause it only gets worse when you have more kids.

  • Ahh the joy of motherhood. I have used every cream on the market, and let me warn you now. none of them work so don’t waste your money. Chest workouts may help a little, but other than that there isn’t a lot else you can do unless you want to go a little more drastic. I have only had one child and I have the same problem. I think we just have to embrace the fact that that’s what happen after a baby.

  • I have found doing some weight lifting exercise help a bit,

  • A good bra will help.

  • Working out! Weights :) I don’t know if you have heard about the wraps you can buy? You can actually wrap you boobies and it tightens the skin! My friend just did it and I’m going to try next week. After breastfeeding I lost heaps of weight and now I have the smallest boobs (A cup) but they feel saggy now there is nothing to fill them with :P

  • Supportive bras and arm stretches aswell as a few other excerises for a natural solution

  • Pray, hahahahaa or maybe some exercises at the gym? I am not really sure what helps I think enjoy how your body has changed as it has happened to us all. With or without kids I think they just sag anyway!

  • I wish there was some magical cure, but no. A good bra is about it! Enjoy them now as once you have another child, unfortunately it gets worse. But hey, everyone goes through the same thing…the joys of motherhood! But we wouldn’t trade it for the world would we?

  • Enjoy them! Once you have your second child you would be happy for them to have returned to the way they are now. You will always em thinking back to howich better they were after the last child. :-/

  • A good bra, weights exercises and welcome to motherhood! The reality is it happens to us all – embrace and accept it!

  • A good bra is the only solution I know.

  • You can strengthen the muscles that support and therefore stop the sagging. Chest presses and chest raises are both good.
