I did a practice run and half the cake stuck to the bottom of the stainless steel bowl. (I buttered and floured the bowl before hand) when I poured it out. I also had let it cool down before attempting to take it out. No idea how I can do it in a “round circle deep bowl” with baking paper? How can I ensure it doesn’t stick to the bowl? Any suggestions welcomed..and thanks in advance.
