Maybe something at your local sports centre.

My daughter loves simple sleepover parties with a few close friends and maybe a movie or dinner. That’s what she’s done the past few years and plans to this year as well.
Other ideas are pool parties, roller skating etc, pamper parties.
We went to Luna Park as a family yesterday for Miss 7’s Birthday (instead of a party – her choice) as that’s what she loves. Could go to a theme park with the family and 1 for 2 friends depending on where you live?

It all depends on what your daughter is in to. My now 12yo daughter absolutely loves laser tag and rock climbing parties. If your daughter likes crafts how about Jewellery making or card making? If you want a more free form party why not make it more special with fancy dress with a theme – like a frozen party, Disney princesses or witches & wizards.

How about a Masterchef party? Ask each guest to come dressed in an apron and bring a container to take home their goodies. You can have all kinds of cooking stations set up ranging from food to cook and eat straight away (mini pizza, mini trifles) to goods to take home (cupcakes, fudge) as long as you supervise the oven all else will be fun and safe, you can have all the ingredients premeasured and precut. Enjoy!

I was going to suggest a pamper party as well. You can easily do that at home for not too much money.

You could have a mini day spa party, you could totally create this at home and either yourself and maybe a friend do the girls nails etc have pretty drinks and cocktail foods. Or sometimes some nail salons etc have mini children’s pamper sessions maybe investigate sometimg like this.
