Can the Flu vaccination actually give you the Flu?

I have a son that will not get the injection because he believes the vaccinatio will give him the flu

I don’t think so, but I know some people have a sore arm at the site of the injection for a day or two.

no there is no live virus in it, but some people think it causes it purely because it can’t prevent every different strain

The flu vaccine does not contain the live virus so it is impossible to get the flu from it.
