  • never heard of yeast allergy. COuld it mean stay away from fermented food and all breads?

  • I don’t have a child with any sort of allergy but I like to make most of the things they eat from scratch so that I know exactly what is going into their food.

  • My son is intolerant to gluten and I’ve noticed in my label reading that there a heaps of things that are yeast free. You can even get yeast free alternatives to things like bread and vegemite.


  • It would need to be a lot of home made food so you know what goes into it, once you find some basic recipes you mind be able to adapt them to keep things interesting for your child.


  • Most food would have to be plain


  • You can get yeast free breads and wraps if you feel a need


  • fruit, vegetables, meat even chocolate all in, breads, biscuits are out


  • Most major supermarkets have a specialist health food aisle that has yeast free items. Also google yeast free recipes and yeast free diets for ideas. Fresh fruit, veg, and meat are fine.


  • This isn’t too hard think meats veggies fruits, etc etc just stay away from processed foods :)


  • What a hard one! I googled “yeast free diets” and heaps of receipes and stuff came up, maybe try that. Any other allergies to complicate it further?
