I don’t have a child with any sort of allergy but I like to make most of the things they eat from scratch so that I know exactly what is going into their food.
My son is intolerant to gluten and I’ve noticed in my label reading that there a heaps of things that are yeast free. You can even get yeast free alternatives to things like bread and vegemite.
It would need to be a lot of home made food so you know what goes into it, once you find some basic recipes you mind be able to adapt them to keep things interesting for your child.
Most major supermarkets have a specialist health food aisle that has yeast free items. Also google yeast free recipes and yeast free diets for ideas. Fresh fruit, veg, and meat are fine.
