  • I’d go all out with a mix of sweet and savory. Think pancakes, pastries, fruit and then eggs, fancy breads and toast, tomatoes, mushrooms, cheeses and any of your favourite things. I’d do fresh juice and a variety of teas and coffee too.

  • Milk and cookies! What else!

  • If breakfast is going to be the “Christmas meal” I’d definitely do a mixture of foods. Fruit platter, pastries, museli, yoghurt, pancakes plus bacon and egg rolls on the BBQ. Different juices for the kids and maybe a few mimosas for the adults.

  • I love a good breaky spread of pancakes, Croissants, Waffles, and fresh fruit.
    Hope the day went well!

  • Toasted croissants
    Pancakes
A fruit and cheese board with dips and bics
    Some yoghurt
    Tea Coffee Milo hot chocolate

  • 3 ingredient pancakes! You can easily batch make (put in low oven covered in foil) and serve with all the toppings (fruit, maple syrup, Nutella etc.), also allows you to enjoy rather then just cook all morning!

  • Whatever you make serve it on the good china and gorgeous glassware etc. What a lovely way to start the day :)

  • Croissants, a fruit platter, cereal, and scrambled eggs if you really want something hot.

  • Croissants with some ham washed down with some champagne and orange juice.

A great start to the day. Very easy to do too.

  • Just something easy. Maybe fruit and yoghurt bowls. Some rolls or toast with different jams,

  • We like cooked ham and scrambled eggs, just very simple as more foods and treats will be eaten through out the day.

  • Pancakes with fruit. Nothing too big because you don’t want to be doing 3 huge meals on Chrissy

  • Try some yummy pancakes with red and green fruit toppings.

  • Depends on what else you are doing that day but something yummy like croissants and fruit are always a winner in my house

  • Cook up some bacon, fried eggs, patties and put out some toasted english muffins, slices of cheese and bbq and/or tomato sauce and let people make their own breakfast muffins. This is what we do for Christmas morning.

  • I like to make Santa pancakes for breakfast. You can make them as big or small as you want

  • I always go for by simple cereal and fruit to keep it light. We go all out all day so plenty of food to come

  • We always keep Christmas breakfast super simple because heavier and richer Christmas foods will be eaten throughout the day. We like cooked eggs and ham; cold or cooked ham depending on individual preference. We serve with sides of sauces, bread, juices, coffee and tea.

  • How exciting! Some suggestions:
Eggs Benedict: English muffins topped with poached eggs, Canadian bacon, and hollandaise sauce.
Quiches: Prepare a variety of quiches with different fillings like spinach and feta, bacon and cheese, or mushroom and Swiss.
Pancakes or Waffles: Serve with a variety of toppings such as cream, berries and maple syrup.
French Toast: Make it festive with cinnamon and nutmeg, and serve with powdered sugar and fruit.
Cinnamon Rolls: Either homemade or store-bought, these are always a crowd-pleaser.
Muffins or Scones: Bake a batch of festive flavors like cranberry-orange or gingerbread.
Create a colorful fruit platter with a mix of seasonal fruits like berries, kiwi, and citrus.
Hash Brown Casserole: A hearty dish with layers of hash browns, cheese, and your favorite breakfast ingredients.
Egg and Sausage Casserole: A make-ahead dish with eggs, sausage, cheese, and bread cubes.
Set up a yogurt parfait station with Greek yogurt, granola, nuts, and a variety of fresh fruits.
Hot Chocolate Bar: Provide hot chocolate with various toppings like marshmallows and chocolate shavings.
Smoked Salmon Platter: Serve with bagels, cream cheese, capers, and red onion slices.
Breakfast Burritos: Fill tortillas with scrambled eggs, cheese, and your choice of breakfast meats.

Otherwise a Breakfast BBQ or assortment of croissaints is always a great idea!
