My daughter started waking up hourly from about 7 months and the longest stretch of sleep would be 3hrs I started looking at different sleep programs. A lot of them had some sort of cry it out method which just didn’t feel right to me, and then I found the Possums of Parents with Babies approach. Once we followed their principles my daughter who was 11months by the time I found it started sleeping through the night after 2weeks and we saw improvements after about 3 days

We went through sleep regression. It took us a few weeks to recover, I just really tried to keep up with our routine. If it’s totally out of schedule already, like he’s still awake at 11 pm, I just tire my baby by letting hin crawl through our bed. I’m not giving him any toys but just allow him to move. Try to gradually lead him back to routine, like if he sleeps late, I won’t let him sleep longer in the morning. I will open the windows for lights to come thru and wake him up. Due to lack of sleep he’ll eventually nap at the right time then go back to the right sleep schedule.

Hi, I can totally understand how you must be feeling, here are couple of things you can try as they worked out well for us.
1. I figured that my daughter slept for longer if I gave her formula at night time instead of breast milk as she felt fuller
2. A good leg and foot oil massage before bedtime.
3. Since she used to go to daycare, we had a evening bath time routine in which I included the lavender scented baby body wash (Aveeno baby calming body wash)
4. If you use a diffuser, you can use lavender essential oil
5. Sometimes babies wake up because they feel cold, I figured, especially in winters, my baby slept for longer if I co-slept with her (not something I recommend but if its becoming too much, maybe you can try that)
