A friend of mine is a hygiene fanatic when it comes to the dishes etc. but she lets hers air dry unless there is a big stack of them. Then some of them are dried to make room for those yet to be washed. She uses very hot water (I can’t keep my hands in it) and plenty of detergent.

I never dry my dishes, it is much more hygenic to let them air dry and saves time too 🙂

I air dry my dishes. I’ve always done that and I’m happy with it. In the morning I store everything away.

No, I have to put them all away, I don’t feel accomplished if they are not away. I haven’t noticed mine being dull but I dry with quality teatowel straight away

Its actually more hygienic to let them air dry tea towels are very unhygienic. Thats why restaurants and food shops are only allowed to air dry dishes

i air dry everything. i guess it’s better hygiene wise and i don’t want to spend time drying them when they will dry anyway

i always leave glasses to dry on their own, but any other dish that isnt glass i will dry and put away as i wash

that is true, they do look better. T towels actually put bacteria back onto them

Yes we leave ours to dry overnight, we do not have mice, flies or cockroaches in the house.

I believe rinsing in boiling water , then leave to stand awhile and you will find than can go away before bed, if leaving out over night cover with clean tea towel.

I leave mine overnight. Partly because i am too lazy to dry them but also i find they come out smelling better and yes more shiny
