I’ve always bought a nappy bag with a small change mat out from the day my children were born until the day they were old enough to understand toilet training as they will be too old to lie on the floor for you to change them . Also when they start walking , you can take them to the public toilets esp in the shopping centres as hopefully by that time they know when they need to go to the toilet etc.. I would contact your childhood nurse ( at the clinics ) or paedatrition if toilet training is a problem as they were very helpful when the time came . Good luck,
