Use the bread mixes from the supermarket. They seem fail safe. If it’s something you want to do alot of invest in a bread maker. A couple hundred bucks and you just put the ingredients in and forget about it for a few hours. And then you have awesome homemade bread!! ????

Don’t stress, It’s only baking not surgery. Bread is actually a whole lot easier than you are imagining.
Get a recipe from a reputable website – one where they test the recipes to make sure that they work. Then have fun. It’s lovely to have warm bread baking on cold days 🙂

Someone gave me some sourdough starter during ISO and I found that there are very easy ‘how to..’ videos on uTube. In fact all sorts of breads. Just choose the one you like and a have a go.

Soda bread is delicious ad easy to make and lots of different things can be added in to make it a sweet or savory loaf, like olives, oregano or dried fruit and seeds.

Try some Turkish bread.No need to knead.

Get a bread maker as so easy to get a loaf of bread and all the worry is taken away as long as you do the right instructions, and they come with book of recipes for different loaves.
