I google or ebay just about everything these days but pinterest is very common

try your newsagent as well, they have a great range of magazines for all sorts of stuff including toys etc so im sure she would find something there. Also try spotlight and lincraft as well or even your 2nd hand stores.

Google knitted toys! There are knitting books avaiable at knitting shops with toys in them. I think her name is Ann something. But I get all my toy patterns with google. Theres dinosaurs teddys dolls everything
