Needing some more easy dinner and lunch ideas!
No seafood but everything else, come at me ????????

  • I bulk make my food and freeze them so they are still fresh


  • i put all the vegetables in one pan and rice the amount you want. that s it. so delicious.


  • Pancakes for lunch with fruit, jam and chocolate spread. Dinners meatballs, curry, kievs.


  • Home made pasta, yummy and health.


  • Mushroom bacon chicken pumpkin risotto in rice cooker! One pot and does not take much of your time!


  • Home made pizzas, tacos, spag bol, fried rice, chow mein are all on high rotation during the week here. They are fairly easy to throw together quickly and the kids enjoy them. I also go to Nagi Tin and taste.com.au for some easy and quick recipes!


  • My quick go to lunch is microwave rice, tin of flavoured salmon or tuna, chopped avocado, cherry tomatoes & baby spinach.


  • Always nice to read what the easy meal ideas are of others :)


  • Muffins and mini pizza bases topped with a variety of toppings are always terrific. Wraps are also great for filling tummies with loads of healthy fillings.


  • I make a yummy chicken, avo pasta dish that the kids actually love. The recipe is on taste – search for Chicken, mushroom and avocado fettuccine


  • We love tacos, homemade pizzas ( we use wraps for an easy healthy base) burrito or sometimes just a “platter” for quick easy dinners. Or if I need super easy I always grab a roast chook with coleslaw or a premade salad and wraps/rolls.


  • I find making spinach and ricotta cannelloni an easy and simple dish that you can make and it keeps ok in the fridge for a couple of days. It’s my go to. Also another favourite is cruskits with fresh salmon, Philly cheese and pepper and salt.


  • An easy one I just made this week is a cauliflower dish. With a sauce of Onion, garlic, chopped tomato beans and tomato paste in an oven dish, topped with cooked cauliflower and grated cheese. Add mince, sausages or vegetarian sausages in the sauce as desired.


  • The easy meals we love; slow cooker, pasta, stir fry, homemade vegetable slice, quiche & pie, soup, vegetarian nachos and a variety of salad meals.


  • My easy dinner options are homemade sausage rolls, cauliflower soup, enchiladas, Moroccan lamb meatballs and pita, Asian glazed salmon. Most of the recipes I cook are from the adored Nagi at RecipeTinEats. You’ll find so many amazing recipes there.
