  • Sundays are my cheat day! So if i stick to my diet and exercise for the week i get rewarded

  • I have clothes in my closet that dont fit me anymore, but i leave it for motivation because i want to wear them again and feel good

  • Make small changes – don’t make a whole heap of changes in 1 go, as it is really hard to sustain that. My biggest advice is also to not feel bad about going off track. just accept that life is hard and sometimes we need a pick me up. HOWEVER in terms of motivation and trying to stay on track, i always find that going shopping for bathers motivates me! Maybe keep trying on those skinny pants that you haven’t been able to wear for ages

  • Just focus on going forward. You’ll have bad days where you might splurge. Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back on track the next day

  • You should always still treat yourself whilst dieting – if you don’t then you will crave and binge.

Losing weight is about creating a healthy lifestyle and habits.

You should be able to have a treat every now and again and then get straight back into healthy clean living.

  • following, im terrible cant help but good question

  • I think it helps a lot if your diet is sustainable- if it’s not too strict but instead something you can just keep up all the time. I don’t diet as such, I just try to eat well overall (plenty of fruit and vegetables, enough protein, whole grains), and then I don’t feel like I need to deny myself when I do feel like eating treats like chocolate.

  • Make sure to listen to your body and really try to understand what its telling you. I found when I did this I made better decisions about my diet and now have no issues with my skin and bowel habits just from cutting out grains and dairy!

  • Realistic daily goals. Going too hard means you end up bingeing crazy or losing heart. I’ve cut out fizzy and cut back on bread. That’s all. In a month or two I might try to eat less dairy and see how I go. Slowly removing things or cutting back only….

  • Make sure that only healthy things are in your trolley. If there are temptations in the pantry it is futile.

  • i always try and visualize where I want to be and really think deeply about it so it is very compelling and helps to keep you on track

  • Find a friend who is after a similar goal and encourage each other!

  • I’ve struggled with this my whole life. Takes a lot of will power and practice.

  • I find the biggest issue for me is if I go off track then I give myself a hard time and am more likely to give up. I try and surround myself with only healthy things and keep anything I am trying to avoid having hard to get to.
I now focus on how well I did to get to where I am and just get back to it if I have a bit of off time instead of giving myself a hard time.

  • I think its an internal thing for me.. I want to feel good and will do what I need to in order to feel that way. However in saying that I’m not a big eater and I love the way I feel when I move

  • You have to learn to get stronger will power. Its so hard sticking to a diet or healthy eating plan, but I just try to tell myself that the cake I want isnt good, and that I dont need it. After a while it gets easier and you find yourself making smarter choices

  • Make a plan and write it down! Especially for meal planning, shopping lists, exercise regimes etc

  • Are you ready to break the old and make the new?
Are you stronger than your will power?
Is it for you that you want to change for?
Don’t please other people, do it for yourself when you’re ready.
    All the best good luck

  • No diet, just lovely healthy food.
What old habits you struggle with ?
It can help to clean your cupboard from junk and fill them with healthy foods you love

  • I don’t diet, I just try to eat healthy when I can.. I don’t like diets
