You could add a few drops of food dye to the water whilst you cook the pasta – I’ve never done this so I’m unsure how strong/ weak it would be on the pasta. If you were looking at multiple colours, you would need multiple pots.
If you want to use hard coloured pasta, just toss it through some food colouring. If you want to eat cooked and coloured pasta, add some food colouring to the cooking water
It’s really easy to do! All you need is white vinegar, food coloring and pasta. Take 1 tsp of vinegar and put it into a zip lock bag. Add 20 drops of food colouring to get a nice strong colour. Add about 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of uncooked pasta noodles to the bag and give it a good shake. Let the bags sit for about 10 minutes, give them another shake and then let them sit for another 10 minutes. Pour the pasta onto waxed paper to let them dry.
