As frustrating as it is try and keep calm and model the behaviour you want to see. Don’t give in to him, just calmly and firmly explain that no, that’s not how we ask/do things..

I think it’s normal just use a quiet voice and explain to him we don’t speak like that and make sure you don’t change your mind and give him what he wants when he yells.
