I have a spray and a chami that came with my glasses – go back to they spec shop and ask for one! Also came with a little tool to tighten them

I use a microfibre cloth for mine. I’m pretty bad with looking after them.

When it comes to cleaning, use a micro fibre cloth or ensure the lenses are wet (use windex or metho) and clean with a tissue

I have found that since I have been wearing my glasses all the time now, I am not having to visit the optometrist to have the frame/ear pieces aligned all the time..taking them on and off all the time does put them through a lot of wear and tear.

Only clean them with optical cloths – other seemingly soft cloths will scratch them.

The glasses that are made are special coated so that don’t get scratched easily . I would ask about that from your optometrist just to make sure your glasses are of good standard quality . Also if you don’t wear them often and you are constantly taking them in/out of case, handling will scratch them so pick them up by not touching the lens . Now and then give them a good spray with a lens cleaner too .
