Hello!

I know people that set goals and achieve them but I seem to lose my way all the time. Can anyone offer tips or methods that work for them to help them stay on track to achieve their goals?

  • I think sometimes people set too bigger goals or too long to reach their goal so they end up not achieving. best advice I can give you is make smaller goals to help reach your end goal with realistic time frames. It is that sense of achievement which spurs us on to continue so breaking it up into little bits helps.
