  • Probably have to say wash more frequently unfortunately.

  • Mine always has water and nappy San in it and I never have a problem.

  • Put a little vanilla essence in a bottle and spray.

  • lavendar in a bag at the bottom!

  • I always made sure i had if full with nappy san and water and never had a problem with smell. I also rinsed pooey nappies prior to putting them in the bucket

  • I don’t use nappy buckets but I would rinse the nappy first and probably soak them, the water should stop most of the smell. If that doesn’t work perhaps you need to wash more frequently? There are disposable liners which you can throw in the toilet which may help reduce the amount on the nappy itself.

  • I used a spray of water, tea tree oil and orange oil. It worked great for me and was pretty cheap to mix up too.

  • Try to wash them more frequently to stop bacterial build up

  • That’s the most disgusting smell 🙁 I scrub mine in disinfectant and then leave it out in the sun for a few hours

  • Bi carb. A drop of eucalyptus, lavender or even t tree oil would help too. The bucket may benefit from a sit in the sun too.

  • A cap full of vinegr and a few drops of lavender oil worked for me.

  • scrap of fabric taped to the inside of the lid that has been soaked in an essential oil.

  • Bi-carb and a few drops of essential oil 🙂

  • I add a couple of drops of lavender oil to the bucket every other wash. Works a treat!

  • donot use an air tight container …..a busket is what you should use.rinse each nappy before you drop it in.

  • Old fashioned remedy. Vinegar and water

  • Lavender oil

  • Eucalyptus oil and nappy soak helped me 🙂

  • Keep the lid off, I find they pong and sweat with a lid on also give the nappies a quick rinse for 30 seconds before dry pailing

  • Thanks for all the help!!!
