  • I’d cook it for the same amount of time personally, I don’t think in a slow cooker it would make a whole lot of difference.


  • I think on low it wouldn’t matter too much as everything seems to cook nicely and with heaps of flavour.

  • I’m a bit confused by the question. I think you’re asking thin rather than thick sausages? It doesn’t matter as they are all chopped in pieces so whatever the packet says.


  • I always double or triple batch all meals in the slow cooker and go my sight and taste if meals are ready or need a little longer to cook. I always use the low/slow cook setting on the slow cooker.


  • Oven or stovetop Slow cooker (high) Slow cooker (low)
    15 – 30 minutes 1 1/2 – 2 1/2 hours 4 – 6 hours
    30 – 45 minutes 2 – 3 hours 6 – 8 hours
    45 minutes to 3 hours 4 – 6 hours 8 – 12 hours
