Hello!

I feel like I have had a much slower metabolism since having children. I’m just not getting the results I used to from healthy eating and exercise.  I know some foods and teas can help but I just don’t know which ones work? Does anyone have any tips on how to boost your metabolism?

  • Lots of fresh fruit and veggies and also raw foods (so uncooked veggies) are good. Lemon Juice in warm water in the morning is a good kickstart for the metabolism too. Avoiding caffeine should also help and try to replace with herbal tea (peppermint is a good one).

  • Eat a small meal 6 times a day!

  • eating small meals regularly helps boost your metabolism. having breakfast is a must to kick start it of a morning. a high protein snack before bed can help sustain it abit longer at night too.

  • what have you found that works?

  • I am having the same problem. I have found that lots of water does help and also adding some lemon juice. Change it to lime every now and then is fun. You can also try some digestive aids like Inner Health Plus which can work like a little detox.
