Hello!

I feel like I have had a much slower metabolism since having children. I’m just not getting the results I used to from healthy eating and exercise.  I know some foods and teas can help but I just don’t know which ones work? Does anyone have any tips on how to boost your metabolism?

  • 1. Eat more protein
    2. Drink lots of icy water
    3. Spice up your meals
    4. Drink Green Tea
    5. More intensive energy

  • I find I need to exercise at a higher intensity post kids, i.e. more running than pilates/yoga.


  • Will be following, I think I have the same problem.
