I believe vaccines are important. If you are concerned speak to your child’s doctor.

My daughter had her HPV vaccine years ago whilst still in high school. She has had no issues and is now protected

Seek your doctors advice. I am sure it will be for the affirmative. If everyone was vaccinated we would not have some of these outbreaks that are occurring after being non existent for many years eg polio, whooping cough. There is so much crap being circulated against vaccinations! There is the odd case OF COURSE where a child cannot be vaccinated say if they are allergic to eggs but they can be given something else in the form of a serum in most cases.

All vaccines are perfectly safe, they’re tried and tested. Of course there are a tiny minority that have an adverse effect, but that number is minute. The good of vaccines far outweigh the bad. If your daughter had the other vaccines with no problems, no reason to think this will get any different

I have had it along with many others and I am fine, does your state have a health department page you could get reliable facts from?

Dont get it, the drug is more likely to make your child sick

I was so sad to take my son to the hospital the other day to be asked by 4 different staff members if my son had been vaccinated and all up to date. I asked the doctor why I kept being asked and he informed me that their are out brakes happening of thins like polio ect. becoming a real problem again. I suggest if you are worried, go to your doctor they are the best source of advice and information, especially because the internet is full of misinformed and anti-vaccine website. You don’t want to worry your self with the wrong fact. Like I said I have done my boy and he is perfectly fine. (Hospital visit was for athsma and a very strong cold) good luck with your decision.

Like anything new you tend to not trust it. But as a mum my daughters didnt and I wish they had. As one has already had foreign cells and she isn’t a mum herself yet. So I would strongly recommend that she does.

I believe this is a good vaccine to have

I’m with you on this one. Our daughter’s vaccines are also up to date, however when she was due for this particular one I did not give permission for it – at the time it was fairly new and many side effects were being discovered.

I am not against the vaccine at all and we are now coming to a time when the decision is to be made and it will be made in consultation with our daughter who is now 16.

I believe it is good for them, and reactions are very rare

All vaccines have a risk, so does driving in the car or flying in a plane. At the end of the day the benefits far far far outweigh the risks

I would suggest talking to a dr. and discussing the pros and cons.

Its really a decision only you can make. I would do your research and weigh it up, talk to your gp and paed and follow you gut instinct.
