I’m a FTM. My baby is 5 months old and he just doesn’t want to sleep on his back anymore. I’ve been up for the last week all night cause every time I put him down he starts crying and kicking his legs. Last night in a desperate state I put him on his side the way he is positioned when I’m holding him. And he didn’t kick or get upset, he stayed asleep. After a while he wiggled around onto his stomach. I tried to put him back onto his back/side and he got so upset, and flipped back onto his stomach and settled down. So I left him. I’m made sure his airways weren’t covers as his head was turned to the side.
I guess I’m asking was it okay to let him sleep like that??
Forum Is it okay to let baby sleep on side/tummy?
