Eatting healthy and exercising are key, you have to remember that sometimes those last 10 kgs may not fall off anymore! Take measurements rather than watching the scales, your shape maybe changing etc. I have found that my ultimate weight is different to pre children as my shape is soooo different now! good luck on your journey!
I don’t know!! I try to eat right and exercise but can’t seem to get the weight off. And can’t afford a personal trainer or gym memberships. Will just have to keep trying. Good luck I hope you have better success.
I have been struggling with those last 10kgs for years now, can’t seem to shed them no matter what I do. I lost 10kgs a couple of years ago without really trying so it’s frustrating to be trying and not be successful. At least I’m not putting weight on though, which is good
Definitely diet. But adequate exercise too.
Running has helped me shed weight.
Also 20 mins on stationary bike interval training:
8 secs flat out to 12 secs slow (recovery) -3 cycles of this per minute- 20 mins.
It is really tough but very effective.
It really is more about your diet then exercising. 80% diet, 20% exercise. With your exercise try and change it up a bit because your body will get used to the same exercise’s and plateau. Drink green tea if you don’t already, it’s so good for you and helps keep your metabolism up. Lean meat and loads of vegies. Don’t deny yourself a little indulgence here and there. Just remember that you had a beautiful baby, so it’s okay if it takes a little time to bounce back.
With each pregnancy I found it required a little more effort and with my 3rd pregnancy I really did find that I didn’t start to see my old body again until at least 9 months afterwards. Diet is the main contributor to your waistline.
Have 6 small meals a day.
DONT skip bfast.
Reduce carbs after 4pm.
Eat lots of protein and vegetable
Eat berries and nuts
Cut out bread!!!
You’re doing well and you’re obviously on the right track. It’s normal to plateau in weight loss efforts and it can be a sign to change your exercise routing and work different muscles at different intensities. That can kick start the weight loss again. Good luck.
I lost mine by walking. I walk 4kms a day and sometimes even jog the last kilometre normally only takes me 30 minutes and i really enjoy the me time I get while doing it I can wonder off in my own little world lol.
Also just watch what times your eating try not to eat after about 7pm and keep with with your water intake as well.
Good luck
