You will usually receive an email on the 8th or 9th of the month advising which prize you have won, and it usually takes 4 – 6 weeks for the prize to arrive.

The rewards system runs for a month – 1st until 30/31st. You will be emailed if you win.

I think a couple of days into the new month you should receive an email stating whether you are getting a prize. And I would assume it would be a few weeks once they post it out to you. Not sure, never received a prize yet.

Usually emails are sent out on the first of the month notifying you of your win. If it’s a rewards prize, the email also asks for your prize preference 1-3. Basically, if you finish in the red zone, you’ll get a rewards prize

Like the other posts, you will find out on the first day of the new month if you have won a prize. You then have 7 days to select prize preference, then it can take 6-8 weeks. If you are concerned, contact MoMs, they are excellent at responding and sorting any issues out.

I have one a monthly MOM reward and I see to recall I got an email fairly quickly. However, it took a long time for me to actually be contacted by the supplier and then even longer to get the prize! I think it was about two months or so before I actually got the prize. Having said that, I think that was the supplier’s fault.

A few days after the end of the month, you receive and email and the wait for the prize is about 4 weeks.

I have not won a monthly reward although last month it seemed I was quite high points but I didn’t see an email. I was lucky enough to win a prize from one of the competitions the other day and when I saw the email saying it was in transit I did run around a little excited lol. Love my prize thanks MOM

Receiving prizes from comps can take a while; a nice wait though!

I’ve won once before and got an email within a few days of the month ending. I won a competition this month for one that finished yesterday and got an email today
