Paw Paw cream is really effective and not expensive.

lansinoh and nipple butter from Gaia. They worked well for me. Also try using edible pure coconut oil.

I know a Mum who was told by a pharmacist that one brand was not suitable to use unless wiped off. It was the brand that had to recommended to her at the hospital. Her nipples bled which she didn’t realise the first time it happened, her baby sucked some of the blood then vomitted up what was probably the whole feed. The baby would stop feeding if the Mum swapped to the other breast, then need the rest of the feed about an hour later.

I used paw paw ointment; it worked and was safe for the babies.

I used the medela one and that could be used prior to feeding and no wiping necessary.

I swear by Lansinlo it’s the only one I have found to work, I tried another one and it didn’t help at all it made it worse. One small tube lasted me and I’m 7 months into breast feeding and I rarely use it anymore

Multi mams were good too.
