  • KOH universal cleaner and their diamond sponge

  • I’ve heard that citrus based products can get cooked on grime off.

  • ot water in a dish with a good washing up detergent in it for starters. Then make a paste out of bicarb and water – spread on – leave to dry or overnight. Then spray some white vinegar on and wipe off

  • https://www.facebook.com/Elegant Fairies Oven Cleaning – All Non-Toxic, Non-Caustic and Eco-friendly products – Bringing your Oven back to near showroom condition.

  • Put boiling water in a baking dish in the oven and close the door. Leave for about half hour (no need to turn the oven on). This should loosen the grim, then clean with a non – scratch sponge.

  • I have found that Mr. Muscle is good. Follow the instructions to the letter and the grease will melt away under your cloth. Don’t bother with bicarb.

  • NATURAL- Vinegar and bicarb soda
    STORE- Bam, Mr Muscle

  • the vinegar idea sounds like something i might try myself

  • one that I could hire would be great 😉

  • Vinegar and bicarb soda, with steel wool and elbow grease. Works a treat. Also, before you’re going to clean the over, put a dish of hot water in the bottom of it, and the steam should loosed some of the build-up. Wear gloves too.

  • i was going to say my husband 🙂 I throw what I can in the dishwasher and use creme cleanser for the inside.

  • I use the Amway oven cleaner, it is brilliant but it is best to get a mask for vapours from Bunnings first.

  • Sprinkle with bicarb and pray on white vinegar, leave for a bit and then clean out.

  • Mr muscle or a paste of baking soda are both good cleaners

  • did you find anything that works

  • there are some good comments here

  • Take the racks out and lay them flat on a towel in the bath. Cover racks with hot water and sprinkle liberally with nappy San. Leave to sit for an hour or so. The grime will just wipe off 🙂

  • Selleys oven plus if you are after something to give it a heavy duty clean, I used this on an oven when we first moved into a property and the oven looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. After using it once the oven was pretty clean (not spotless but close enough). I got it at our local Coles supermarket, since using this I know use Mr Muscle once a month to keep on top of it.

  • Try Norwex google it and see where you can buy it from

  • Mine too. Didn’t realise how good this product was.
