I think depends – if it is ongoing definitely – however having worked in an MP’s office I know how complicated some of the rules and regulations are.

Yes, I think they should be charged. Too many think they are entitled. If your every day Joe Blow ripped off their boss, they’ll be out of a job and in trouble legally. The pollies get a super high pay and still need to charge things up to the country
