When things go wrong I am still struggling to keep it all together. Some days, and even weeks can be amazing, and then others I can fall to pieces. I have started seeing a therapist finally after being shunted from one to another and finding lose ends, and I will be starting a group therapy soon as well. I am just wondering if any other mummas can relate, if you had any advice to help me in the mean time. Strategies for coping and helping to move forward. Thank you
