I’m for it, I hope it helps protect my kids and other peoples kids by doing so. I know some are against it, they have a good reason for it or that’s just their belief not to vaccinate.
The amount of diseases that no longer kill or seriously cause illness due to vaccination must surely answer that vaccinations in most people are a good thing. Of course there are cases where it isn’t good for the person.
Pro vaccinations. Not only does it protect my child, it protects the wider community. The “connection” between vaccination and autism is unproven and I would rather take the tiny risk of an adverse reaction than allow my child to die from a completely preventable disease.
FOR! My god to not immunize our children is extremely dangerous! The more children who aren’t immunized increases the risk for an outbreak. And what are the reasons for not immunizing your precious children?
Am for it, As if my children happen to get any of the diseases I will know they are at a level that will not be as severe as if I had choose not to. My daughters were immunised but got the chicken pox anyway and I’m to this day thankful for my decision to have them immunised cause instead of treating them at home like I did it may have meant nights in hospital and stressing of the outcome
Definitely for, I personally think you need your head read if you didn’t get your child immunised, I’m not directly talking to you of course just generally speaking, I don’t understand why parents are deciding against it.
Definitely for it. I like the fact that daycare centres require you to provide documentation of children having been immunised before they can attend. I get the flu vaccination myself as I work in health and my son has asthma and allergies, and things tend to go straight to his chest. He can’t have it because he is allergic to egg albumen (white) and it is present in the flu vaccination. Immunisation should be like voting – you should be fined if you don’t do it, unless you can provide a plausible explanation from a Dr.
I don’t believe there should be a choice. I think ALL children should be immunised. Immunisation not only protects your child but it protects everyone else in the community against preventable diseases.
I’m for..
I’d rather get the immunisations for my child… Because if she were to get sick or worse, died. and i didn’t get them. I’d always wonder what if.. Could I have protected her?
I think its ok upto a limit only. like i am fine with the mandatory immunisation for kids or adults too but too much of it may result in reducing immunity.
I honestly believe that every child has to be immunised. yes, it is hard to see them cry, and some babies have some reactions, but we need to look at the big picture. Whooping Cough has come back, as well as some other childhood illnesses that were stopped because us baby boomers were immunised against it. Nowadays, some parents are against it, so my daughter at 24 was diagnosed with Whooping Cough. What is worse, one night for a baby to possibly have a slight temperature, and a parent having a sleepless night, or seeing your tiny baby in hospital with Whooping Cough with the possibility of it being fatal and your baby dying. Whats next: The return of polio?
Some schools will not accept a child unless they have been fully immunised, are those parents against immunisation going to lie? Please think hard, we need to protect our children, not put them at further risk.
