My kids were so wiggly that wrapping never really worked for us.

I do not think it is possible, I am a 46 year old woman whose mother was a nurse and believed in wrapping children like mummies, I still cannot sleep unless I am wrapped tightly with a sheet up around my neck, My children all sleep wrapped up and I am sure it is the influence that my mother had on me settling them as babies, but we all survived !!

You could try sleeping bags and mittens? I found my little one wont sleep unless she is in a onesie, even though she fights it.

Personally I think I would wait until warmer weather

Try buying a swaddle maybe that may work good luck

wow If only we could still wrap them at this age lol..my daughter hates the wraps. She broke free constantly at about 3 months.

Wrap her loosely to begin with and then release one arm at a time over a couple of weeks.

I left one arm unwrapped for a few nights and then the other for the next few and now just cover her over with the blanket. I started when she was 6 months, she’s now almost 7 months and sleeps well in just a sleep sack. Although if I’m having a rough day/night I will swaddle her back up to help her calm down and feel more secure.

Sleepy Wings (http://shop.sleepywings.com.au/) were our savour! We used the wings with my now 3yo son from the age of 3 months to about 10 months old. They were the best things, and acted as a sleep cue for him (within a minute or 2 of the wings going on, he would be asleep). He was a very wriggly little boy and preferred to not have his legs covered, but it seemed important to him to have his arms still wrapped. The wings were a great compromise. I would start by wrapping her very loosely to start with and then keep the hands out and then just cover her with the wrap, do it so she doesn’t know and she will soon get used to not being wrapped up
