Hello!

Can anyone recommend a good shampoo/conditioner that combats brassy tones from blonde foils please. What are the best products for blonde hair with brassy tones?

  • I agree with Kristy , you will be impressed. And it last agers you can add a drop full of normal shampoo in it, because its quite concentrated , beautiful smell also. Best value for money.

  • Forgot to add use a good moisturising conditioner like Matrix Biolage. & leave silver shampoo in for 5mins or less or as needed.

  • Hands down Delorenzo Novo Fusion Silver Shampoo nothing compares. Hair house warehouse

  • Avon have Shampoo and Conditioner that is a purple colour but it does take the brassy look from your hair.

  • B careful you don’t leave it on too long otherwise it’ll turn light purple & look like you’ve put a grannies blue rinse in your hair

  • Fudge clean blonde, violet toning shampoo is the one I like the best.

  • lemon juice

  • Magic silver white removes brassy tone and green tones to you get it at the chemist mix it with water and use in your final rinse, dumb blonde by tigi is nice and pps blonde

  • CPR!

  • I love John Frieda! And I’d use Schwarzkopf toner every week or two as well.

  • Keune Silver Reflex…hard to get but!

  • Stefans blonde shampoo is great!

  • John Frieda blonde range is great and when I was still blonde I would put a Napro Live blonde toner rise through my hair one every few weeks.

  • The best by far is a natural look product called movie tones, it’s the best purple shampoo I have come across, leave it for a few mins both shampoo and conditioner it will send your hands purple if you leave it on them so be careful it does not send your hair grey..

  • The best shampoo is def SP silver shampoo, purple and is amazing. You can get this from hairdressers. The best conditioner is redken platinum blonde, also purple.

  • Purple shampoo will counteract the brassy hue.

  • If it’s really brassy u can get schwartkof Igora 9 1/2-1. (Or Goldwell 10 p) put it on before u shampoo for 2-5 mins tgen shampoo out. It tones down brass heaps. Any PURPLE shampoo is great for toning. Follow up with a moisturising conditioner & treatment.

  • I’m a natural blonde & I sometimes get brassy due to winter. I like to use the Schkwartzkopf blonde toner it works really well & doesn’t cost too much

  • Angel hair care blonde range

  • rinse with chamomile tea
