I don’t mind a well maintained and modern cut/shaved beard, but not such a long one as some men like to have these days. Some men look like if they have a bird nest under their chin ! One thing I always hated is a moustache !

I only get the beard when he is not working when he is working he has to be cleanly shaven

I am SO used to my partner with at least a goatee, I think he looks funny without it :O
In saying that though he’s let it run wild for the last 6 months and its growing out everywhere like a crazy man! Once his moustache gets longer than his top lip it’s very annoying because it goes up my nose when we kiss!

I prefer no facial hair.
My father has horrible coarse whiskers & every christmas a kiss on the cheek gives me an instant irritation & I don’t have the heart to tell him why.
My partner & I have discussed it, in the event he would like to try facial hair we will give it a go but currently I prefer no facial hair.

I know a young girl who flatly refused to kiss her Dad when he had a beard or mostache.
A little girl I know had long hair and badly needed it trimmed. Her older cousin made a deal with her, that if he shaved off his “goatie” that she would have her hair cut. Her Mum won the day and her daughter’s hair was cut to tidy it up and get rid of split ends. Whiskers can be very coarse on your skin. Personally I will not willingly kiss an unshaven guy.

It really depends on the person.

yeah the kissing part not nice but for my husband it eventually gets softer when it grows longer and that’s is what I love!

I love the look of my husband with a beard, but hate the feel of it when I am kissing him.

My personal view is that the look does suit some male but Im not as fan of getting up personal and close to the face with one – dont like the facial hair up nose or tickling my mouth. Nor do I like the idea of food residue and/or hidden skin heat rash hidden in them. Like to see who the really are!

I definitely like a clean shaved look as I think facial hair is ageing and quite often makes men look scruffy.

I do not like beards, I do not like them near my face and I always question how clean a man can be with all that hair on their face. They creep me out for the most part but I have noticed some stylish – well manicured beards (albeit on very attractive models) but when you’re a model you can wear a paper bag and still look great

My husband has almost always had a beard. He shaved it off when Our youngest was about 6. She screamed when she saw him. I don’t mind it. I like clean shaven too. I do not like scratchy.

I do not mind either way – it is their choice.

No beard…. but i know for sure that many men like the beard..or at least the stubble… lol… but most women sure dont
