I found that diffusing peppermint oil used to help me overcome the feeling of morning sickness. Also, I used to suck on strong mints which helped me too. We took a cruise whilst I was pregnant and the sea sick bands helped brilliantly to dispel the feeling and I tried ginger tablets too which I’d also recommend. If all else fails speak to your midwife or doctor and get them to prescribe something.
If you are pregnant try taking a vitamin B supplement too. and like everyone else says . …….Ginger, ginger and ginger.
Also try eating smaller meals, but more frequently.
If you are feeling nauseous all the time and not pregnant then please see your GP.
I suffered horrible morning sickness with all 4 of my children, try to eat plain foods e.g., pasta, bread, chicken. Best of luck if all else fails I’d be off to the gp.
I actually found kiwi fruit very helpful with both nausea and bloating! They contain a lot of fibre which is good for digestion and pack quite a punch in the vitamin department!
