  • Ginger helps me with tummy upsets.

  • Dry toast, plain crackers, tea…. but if it’s a real problem, talk to your GP.

  • Ritz biscuits :)

  • Working out why you feel nauseous if your lacking in your diet that could be why

  • I lived on salada biscuits with butter and vegemite during the fist trimester. I think the dryness of the cracker really heaped

  • I found that diffusing peppermint oil used to help me overcome the feeling of morning sickness. Also, I used to suck on strong mints which helped me too. We took a cruise whilst I was pregnant and the sea sick bands helped brilliantly to dispel the feeling and I tried ginger tablets too which I’d also recommend. If all else fails speak to your midwife or doctor and get them to prescribe something.

  • ginger is great for nausea. when I had morning sickness I used to eat ginger snap biscuits. Dry food like plain toast is good too.

  • I survived by eating Jatz and nibbling on dry ginger. Its all I could stomach for a couple months

  • Ginger is always recommended but while not a food sea sick wrist bands also can apparently help.

  • Ginger biscuits, water crackers, saladas, simple plain foods.

  • I drank a lot of ginger tea. I found eating a piece of toast or dry biscuit before I got out of bed helped.

  • I ate Jatz for about a week. Thankfully that was the only time I felt sick my whole pregnancy.

  • If you are pregnant try taking a vitamin B supplement too. :) and like everyone else says . …….Ginger, ginger and ginger.
Also try eating smaller meals, but more frequently.

If you are feeling nauseous all the time and not pregnant then please see your GP.

  • Ginger has amazing healing benefits!

  • I suffered horrible morning sickness with all 4 of my children, try to eat plain foods e.g., pasta, bread, chicken. Best of luck if all else fails I’d be off to the gp.

  • I agree with all the posts about ginger – amazing stuff

  • Crystallized or uncrystallized ginger from the supermarket really helps with upset stomachs.

  • I actually found kiwi fruit very helpful with both nausea and bloating! They contain a lot of fibre which is good for digestion and pack quite a punch in the vitamin department!

  • I survived on rice crackers

  • I found having some dry crackers helped relieve the nausea for me, or even ginger but cookies and plenty of water at all times. Good luck mumma.
